የዝናብ ስርጭቱ ለግብርና ሥራ አዎንታዊ ሚና ቢኖረውም ጥንቃቄ ማድረግ ይገባል ሲል የኢትዮጵያ ሚቲዎሮሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት አስጠነቀቀ
በሚቀጥሉት 10 ቀናት የዝናብ ስርጭቱ ለክረምት ዝናብ ተጠቃሚዎች የግብርና ሥራ አዎንታዊ ሚና ቢኖረውን የሚቲዎሮሎጂ ምክረ ሀሳቦችን ገቢራዊ ማድረግ እንደሚገባ የኢትዮጵያ ሚቲዎሮሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት አሳሰበ፡፡
ኢንስቲትዩቱ ከነሐሴ 5 ቀን 2017 ጀምሮ ባሉት 20 ቀናት ያለው የአየር ሁኔታና በግብርና እንቅስቃሴ ላይ ሊያሳድር የሚችለውን ተፅዕኖ በተመለከተ ለኢዜአ በላከው መግለጫ አብራርቷል።
የኢትዮጵያ ሚቲዎሮሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት በመግለጫው፤ ባለፉት 10 ቀናት በ108 የሀገሪቱ አካባቢዎች በ24 ሰዓት ውስጥ ከ30 ሚሊ ሜትር በላይ የሆነ ከባድ ዝናብ መጣሉን አስታውሷል፡፡
ከነሐሴ 5 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ባሉት አስር ቀናት ለክረምት ዝናብ መፈጠር ምቹ ሁኔታ የሚፈጥሩ የሚቲዎሮሎጂ ገጽታዎች ይበልጥ ተጠናከረው እንደሚቀጥሉ አስታውቋል።
በደቡብ ምዕራብ፣ ምዕራብ፣ ሰሜን ምዕራብ፣ ሰሜን፣ መካከለኛው፣ ምሥራቅና ሰሜን ምሥራቅ የሀገሪቱ አካባቢዎች የተሻለ የዝናብ መጠንና ስርጭት ይኖራል ተብሎ እንደሚጠበቅ ገልጿል፡፡
ይሄንን ተከትሎ የሚኖረው የእርጥበት ለወቅቱ የግብርና ሥራ እንቅስቃሴ በአመዛኙ አዎንታዊ ሚና እንደሚኖረው በመግለጫው ተብራርቷል፡፡
ይሁን እንጂ ተያያዥ ስጋቶችን ለመቀነስ እና የሚኖሩ መልካም አጋጣሚዎችን ለላቀ ሁኔታ ለመጠቀም የቀረቡትን ቦታ ተኮር የሚቲዎሮሎጂ ምክረ ሀሳቦች በአግባቡ መተግበር እንደሚገባም አሳስቧል፡፡
በእርጥበታማው የአየር ሁኔታ በምዕራብ፣ ሰሜን ምዕራብ፣ ሰሜን ምሥራቅ፣ ምሥራቅና መካከለኛው የዝናቡን ስርጭት መስፋፋት ተከትሎ ከመካከለኛ እስከ ከባድ ዝናብ ይኖራቸዋል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል፡፡
በዚህም በውሃ አካላት እና በከባቢ አየር ውሰጥ ከሚጠናከሩ የሚቲዎሮሎጂ ገጽታዎች በመነሳት በመካከለኛው፣ በምዕራብ፣ ሰሜን ምዕራብ፣ ሰሜን መስራቅ የሀገሪቱ አካባቢዎች በ24 ሰዓት ውሰጥ ከ30 ሚሊ ሜትር በላይ ከባድ ዝናብ ሊኖር እንደሚችል በትንበያው ተገልጿል፡፡
በአብዛኛው የክረምት ተጠቃሚ ተፋሰሶች ላይ ከዝቅተኛ እስከ ከፍተኛ መጠን ያለው የገጸ ምድር ውሃ ፍሰት እንደሚኖር በመግለጽ፤ አልፎ አልፎ ቅጽበታዊ ጎርፍ እና በወንዞች ከፍታ መጨመር በታችኛው ተፋሰሶች ላይ የወንዞች መጥለቅለቅ ሊከሰት ይችላል ብሏል፡፡
ከነሐሴ 12 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ባሉት አስር ቀናት ዝናብ ሰጭ የሚቲዎሮሎጂ ገጽታዎች ተጠናክረው የሚቀጥሉ ሲሆን፤ አልፎ አልፎ በረዶ የቀላቀለ ከባድ ዝናብ ለወንዞች መሙላት አስተዋጽኦ ሊያደረግ ይችላል ተብሏል፡፡
