የለዉጡ መንግስት የጤናው ዘርፍ ስብራትን ለመጠገን አዲስ የጤና ኤክስቴንሽን ፍኖተ ካርታ አዘጋጅቶ ወደ ስራ አስገብቷል – ርዕሰ መስተዳድር ጥላሁን ከበደ
የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የጤና ኤክስቴንሽን ፕሮግራም ፍኖተ ካርታ አፈፃፀም ላይ የአመራርና የጤና ኤክስቴንሽን ባለሙያዎች ንቅናቄ የማጠቃለያ መድረክ በአርባምንጭ ከተማ እየተካሄደ ይገኛል።
የንቅናቄ መድረኩ “የጤና ኤክቴንሽን ፕሮግራም ለሁሉ አቀፍ የጤና አገልግሎት ተደራሽነት የደም ስር ነው” በሚል መሪ ቃል ሲካሄድ መቆየቱ ታዉቋል።
የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ርዕሰ መስተዳድር አቶ ጥላሁን ከበደ ባለፉት የለዉጥ አመታት የሀገራችንን ሁለንተናዊ ብልጽግና ለማረጋገጥ በመደመር መንገድ ስኬቶችን አስመዝግበናል ብለዋል።
በተለይም ማህበራዊ ብልጽግናን ለማረጋገጥ የነበሩ ማነቆዎችን በመፍታት በጤና ፍትሃዊነት፣ ጥራትና ተደራሽነት ላይ ለዉጥ መምጣቱን ተናግረዋል።
የለዉጡ መንግስት የማህበራዊ ስብራትን ለመጠገን ሪፎርም ሲያደርግ ጤናን ተደራሽና ጥራት ያለዉ አገልግሎት መስጠት ለተጀመረው የብልጽግና ትልም ወሳኝ መሆኑን በማመን እንሆነም ጠቅሰዋል።
አዲስ የጤና ኤክስቴንሽን ፍኖተ ካርታ በማዘጋጀትም ማወያየት፣ ማብቃትና ማስገንዘብ የሪፎርሙ አካል በማድረግ ተግባራዊ ማድረጉን ጠቁመዋል።
በክልሉ በሚገኙ 1 ሺ 400 ቀበሌያት መሠረታዊ የጤና አገልግሎቶች ተደራሽ እንዲሆኑ የጤና ኤክስቴንሽን ባለሙያዎች ሚና ከፍተኛ እንደነበርም አፅንኦት ሰጥተዋል።
ክልሉ የሰላም፣ የልማትና የብልጽግና ተምሳሌት እንዲሆን የጤና ኤክስቴንሽን ባለሙያዎች እያበረከቱ ላለዉ አስተዋጽኦም ምስጋና አቅርበዋል።
የጤና ባለሙያዎች በርካታ ጥያቄዎች እንዳሉባቸው ቢታወቅም ስራቸዉን በማከናወን ጥያቄያቸውን በህጋዊ መንገድ ላቀረቡ የጤና ባለሙያዎች የክልሉ መንግስት እዉቅና ይሰጣል ብለዋል።
የክልሉ ጤና ቢሮ ኃላፊ አቶ እንዳሻው ሽብሩ በጤና ኤክስቴንሽን ፕሮግራም ባለፉት ሁለት አስርት አመታት ከፍተኛ መሻሻል መጥቷል ብለዋል።
በ 1996 ዓ.ም ተግባራዊ በተደረገው ፕሮግራም በቤተሰብ ዕቅድ፣ እናቶችና ህፃናት ሞት እንዲሁም የቲቢ ልየታ እመርታዊ ለዉጥ መመዝገቡንም አስረድተዋል።
እየተቀዛቀዘ የመጣውን የጤና ኤክስቴንሽን ፕሮግራም በአዲስ መልክ ወደ ስራ ለማስገባትም የቀጣይ 15 ዓመት የጤና ኤክስቴንሽን ፍኖተ ካርታ ተዘጋጅቶ ወደ ስራ መግባቱን አስታውቀዋል።
በንቅናቄዉ የማጠቃለያ መርሃ ግብር የክልሉ ፓርቲና መንግስት ከፍተኛ የስራ ኃላፊዎች፣ የጤና ቢሮና የህብረተሰብ ጤና ሳይንስ አመራሮችና ባለሙያዎች እንዲሁም የጤና ኤክቴንሽን ባለሙያዎች ተገኝተዋል።
