የክልሉ ሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት የ23ኛ ሳምንት፣ የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ድንገተኛ አደጋዎች ማስተባበሪያ ማዕከል(EOC) ውይይት መካሄዱ ተገለፀ ፡፡_____________________________________________
የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ከጤና ቢሮ ጋር በመቀናጀት የ23ኛ/2025 ሳምንት፣ የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ድንገተኛ አደጋዎች ማስተባበሪያ ማዕከል ውይይት ማካሄዱን አስታውቋል ።
በውይይት ላይ የወባ መከላከልና ምላሽ ሰራዎቸ፣ ወቅታዊ የኤም ፖክስ አሰሳና ቀኝት ሰራዎችን ጨምሮ ሳምንታዊ የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ድንገተኛ አድጋዎች ቀኘትና ምላሽ ተግባራት አፈጻጸም ዘርዝር ሪፖረት ቀርቦ ዉይይት ተደርጎበታል፡፡
የክልሉ ጤና ቢሮ ም/ኃላፊ እና የፕሮግራሞች ዘርፍ ኃላፊ አቶ መና መኩሪያ በበኩላቸዉ የወባ በሸታ መከላከልና ቁጥጥር ሰራዎችን በተመለከት የቀዉሰ አስተዳደር ሰርዓት በመዘርጋት በተሰራው ስራ ዉጤት የተመዘገበ ቢሆንም አሁንም በአንዳንድ አከባቢዎች እየጨመረ ያለዉን የወባ ስርጭት ለመግታት በክልል ደረጃ ከፍተኛ ጫና ላለባቸዉ 22 ወረዳዎቸ ከ810 ሺህ በላይ የአልጋ አጎበር በመጀመሪያ ዙር የማሰራጨት ስራ መጀመሩን ጠቅሰዉ ሁሉንም የመከላከልና ምላሽ አማራጮትን በየደረጃው በማጠናከር ከመቸውም ጊዜ በላይ በቅንጅት መሰራት አንደሚገባ አሳሰበዋል፡፡
አቶ መና አያይዘውም የስርዓተ፟ ምግብ ልየታና ህክምና አገልግሎት ማሻሻልና በተወሳሰበ የምግብ እጥረት ምክንያት የሚከሰተዉን የአስተኝቶ ሀክምና እና ሞት ከመታደግ አንጻር የተጀመሩ የጤና ተቋማት የአገልግሎት ጥራት ማሻሻያ ሥራዎችን ማጠናከር እና ሁሉም ባለድርሻ አካላት ተሳትፎ ማሻሻል እንደሚያስፈልግ ገልጸዋል።
የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ አጉኔ አሾሌ እንደገለጹት የበልግ ዝናብን ተከትሎ ሊከሰት የሚችለዉን የወባ ወረርሽኝ ለመከላከልና ለመቆጣጠር ከአልጋ አጎር ስርጭት ጎን ለጎን የአጠቃቀም ክትትል፣ ቅኝትና አሰሳ፣የአከባቢ ቁጥጥር፣ የህክምና አግልግሎትና የህብረተሰብ ተሳትፎ በማሻሻል ዙርያ በልዩ ትኩሬት መሰራት እንዳለበትም አሳስበዋል፡፡
በለላ በኩል አቶ አጉኔ ያሳሰቡት በሀገራችን የተከሰተውን የ ኤም ፖክስ በተለምደዉ የዝንጆሮ ፈንጣጣ ተብሎ የሚጠራዉን በሽታ በተመለከተ እንደክልላችን የተረጋገጠ በሽታዉ የተያዘ ሰው ባይገኝም በአጎራባች ክልሎች በሸታው እተሰራጨ ስለሆነ፣የቅኝትና አሰሳ ሥራዎችን ማጠናከር አንደሚያስፈልና በዞንና ወረዳ መዋቅሮች ጭምር በIMS መመራት እንዳለበት አጽንኦት ሰጥተዋል።
በመጨረሻም በሳምንቱ ሊከናወኑ በሚገባቸው ተግባራቶች ዙሪያ የድርጊት መርሃ ግብር በማውጣት የዕለቱ የህብረተሰብ ጤና ድንገተኛ አደጋዎች ማስተባበሪያ ማዕከል ዉይይት ተጠናቋል !!!
The regional Institute of Public Health 23rd week, Public Health Emergency Coordination Center (EOC) discussion has been held. _____________________________________________The Southern Ethiopia Region Institute of Public Health in collaboration with the Health Bureau has announced that the Public Health Emergency Coordination Center has held a discussion on 23/2025 week.During the discussion, pest control and response works, current MPOCS survey and right work, weekly public health emergencies and response activities were presented and a report was discussed.The deputy head of the regional health bureau and the head of programs Mr. Mena Mekuria, the results of the work done by spreading chaos management system regarding pest control and control works have been recorded. In order to prevent the increasing spread of pest in some areas, the first round of distributing more than 810 thousand bedbeds to 22 woredas that are still under pressure. He mentioned that the work has started and stressed that it is necessary to work in harmony more than ever by strengthening all defense and response options.Mr. Mena Ayayzewum has stated that it is necessary to improve the system’s food identification and medical services and to save the death caused by the lack of food, the health institutions that have been started should strengthen the quality of service and the participation of all stakeholders.According to the Southern Ethiopian Regional Institute of Public Health, Mr. Agune Ashole, the director of the Institute of Public Health has stated that in order to prevent and control the pest epidemic that may occur due to the spring rains, there should be a special focus on usage monitoring, coordination and survey, environmental monitoring, medical care and improving community participation.On the other hand, Mr. Agune’s concern is about the disease that is found in our country, MPox, which is known as monkey fever. Although there is no one confirmed in our region, the disease has been spread in neighboring regions, he emphasized that reconciliation and exploration should be strengthened and the zones and woreda structures should be led by IMS.Finally, the public health emergencies co-ordination center discussion has been completed by making an action schedule on the activities that should be done during the week!!!
