“የጤና ባለሙያዎች ለኢትዮጵያ ብልፅግና አርበኞች ናቸው ” ርዕሰ መስተዳድር ጥላሁን ከበደ

ርዕሰ መስተዳድር ጥላሁን ከበደ በክልሉ ከሚገኙ የጤና ተቋማት ከተውጣጡ የጤና ባለሞያዎችና አመራሮች ጋር “የጤናው ዘርፍ አርበኝነት ለሀገር ዕድገት!” በሚል መሪ ሃሳብ በወላይታ ሶዶ ከተማ በመወያየት ላይ ይገኛሉ፡፡

ርዕሰ መስተዳድሩ በመድረኩ እንደገለፁት የክልሉ መንግስት ከክልሉ ምስረታ ማግስት ጀምሮ ክልሉን የሰላም፤ የመቻቻልና የብልፅግና ተምሳሌት የማድረግ ራዕይ ሰንቆ የህዝቡን ሁለንተናዊ ተጠቃሚነት የሚያረጋግጡ ዘርፈ ብዙ ውጤታማ የልማትና የመልካም አስተዳደር ስራዎችን እየሰራ ይገኛል ለተገኘው ውጤት የጤና ባለሙያዎች አስተዋፅኦ ከፍተኛ ነው ብለዋል።

ከለውጡ በፊት ኢትዮጵያን ከገጠማት በማህበራዊ፣ ኢኮኖሚያዊ እና ፖለቲካዊ ስብራቶች ለመውጣት የተለያዩ ሪፎርሞችን በማድረግ እጅግ አስደማሚ የተመሰከረለት ስኬት ማስመዝገብ ችላለች ብለዋል።

የጤና ባለሙያዎች በኮቪድ አለም በተፈተነችበት ወቅት ሀገራችን ምሳሌ የሆነ ተግባር መፈፀም የቻለችው የዘመኑ አርበኞችን ሚና በተጫወቱት የጤና ባለሙያዎች መሆናቸውን በመግለፅ ለባለሙያዎቹ ዎምስጋና አቅርበዋል።

የጤና ባለሙያዎች ለኢትዮጵያ ብልፅግና አርበኞች ናቸው ያሉት ርዕሰ መስተዳድሩ የጤና ባለሙያውች ጤናማ ዜጋ ባማፍራት ሀገር ላለመችው የብልፅግና መሸጋገሪያ ናቸው ብለዋል ።

የውይይቱ ዋና ዓላም ባለፉት ዓመትታ በጤናው ዘርፍ የተመዘገቡ ስኬቶች በተመለከተ፣ በዘርፉ ያጋጠሙ ፈተናዎች እና ተግዳሮቶ እንዴት መሻገር እንደሚቻል ውይይት ለማድረግ እንዲሁም የከበረ ሙያ ባለቤት የሆኑ የህክምና ባለሙያዎች ህብረተሰቡን በታማኝነት በማገልገል የዘመኑ አርበኛ ለመሆኑ በሚያስችሉ ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ ውይይቱ እንደሚካሄድ ገልፀዋል።

የክልሉ የጤና ቢሮ ኃላፊ አቶ እንዳሻው ሽብሩ በበኩላቸው ክልሉ በማህበራዊ ልማት ዘርፍ ልዩ ትኩረት ከሰጣቸው ዘርፎች ጤና ዋነኛው መሆኑንን ገልፀው በዘርፉ ለጤና አገልግሎት ጥራትና ተደራሽነት ትኩረት በመስጠት በጤና ተቋማት ግንባታ፤ በጤና መድህን እንዲሁም በህብረተሰብ ጤና በርካታ ስራዎችን በመስራት አበረታች ውጤት ማስመዝገብ ተችሏል ብለዋል፡

According to the head of administration, the regional government has been working on many effective development and good governance works that will ensure the overall benefit of the people since the day after the establishment of the region.

They said that Ethiopia has faced before the change;in order to overcome the social, economic and political fractures, they have achieved amazing and proven success by doing different reforms.

Health professionals have thanked the professionals by stating that our country was able to do an exemplary work during the time of Covid world.

Health professionals are patriots for the prosperity of Ethiopia, the president said health professionals are the transition to the prosperity that the country has not developed by producing healthy citizens.

The main point of the discussion is to discuss the achievements recorded in the health sector in the past year, the challenges faced in the field and how to overcome the challenges and the medical professionals who have respected profession have stated that the discussion will be held on issues that enable them to be patriots of the time by serving the society faithfully.

The head of the regional health bureau Mr. Endashaw Shibru on his part stated that health is the most important of the areas the region has given special attention to in the field of social development. By giving attention to the quality and access to health services in the field, building health insurance and public health, we have achieved a positive result.
