የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ከጤና ቢሮ ጋር በመተባበር 20ኛ ሳምንት የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ድንገተኛ አደጋ ማስተባበሪያ ማዕከል ማካሄዱን አስታውቋል ።
በዉይይት መድረኩ በአጽንኦት የተገመገሙትን ስንመለከት ፤ በሳምንቱ ዉስጥ ቅኝትና አሰሳ የሚደረግባቸው የበሽታዎች ሪፖርት፤ የእናቶችና የጨቅላ ህጻናት ሞት ሪፖርትና የምላሽ ተግባራት ፤ የአባሰንጋ በሽታ ቅኝትና የምላሽ ሥራዎች ፤ የዥንጀሮ ፈንጣጣ በሽታ ሁኔታና የቀጣይ አቅጣጫ ፤ የወባ በሽታ ስርጭትና ለመቆጣጠር የተሰሩ ተግባራት ፤ የተቀናጀ የኩፍኝ ዘመቻ ማጠቃለያ ሪፖርት እና የቀጣይ የሚሰራው የሁለተኛ ዙር የተቀናጀ የፖሊዮ ዘመቻ ቅድሜ ዝግጅት ተግባራት በዝርዝር ተገምግሞ ተግዳሮቶችን በመለየት በመፍትሔ ላይ የድርጊት መርሐግብር ተቀምጧል ።
የእናቶችና ህጻናት ሞት ሪፖርት በሚመለከት፤ መዋቅሮች የሚከሰተውን ሞት በጊዜ ማሳወቅ ፥ ሪፖርት ማድረግና በየደረጃው ኦድት አድረገው ተመሳሳይ ሞት ወይም ማስቀረት የምንችለው ሞት እንዳይከሰት አጠናክረው መስራት እንዳለባቸው ተገምግሟል ።
የአባሰንጋ በሽታ መሰል ኬዝ ባለባቸው መዋቅሮች እየተወሰደ ያለው የመከላከል እርምጃዎች በተሻለ የተገመገመ ስሆን የአንድ ጤና ዜዴ (One health approch) በመጠቀም ፤ ለማህበረሰቡ የመከላከያ ዜዴ ላይ ግንዛቤ በደንብ መፍጠር እንደሚያደርግ በአጽንኦት ተነስቷል ።
የክልሉ ሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ምንተስኖት መልካ በመልዕክታቸው የዥንጀሮ ፈንጣጣ በሽታ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ እንደ አገር በኦሮሚያ ክልል ቦረና ዞን ሞያሌ ከተማ የተከሰተ ወይም በምርመራ የተረጋገጠ ስሆን ፤ ክልላችን በአብዛኛው ቦታ በሚባል ደረጃ በቦረና ዞን ጋር የሚያዋስን ስለሆነ፤ በተጨማሪም ከፍተኛ የሆነ የንግድ እንቅስቃሴ ተከትሎ የሰዎች ዝዉዉር ያለበት አከባቢ ከመሆኑ አኳያ ፤ የበሽታው መተላለፊያ መንገድ በደንብ በመረዳት ጥንቃቄ ከወዲሁ መደረግ እንዳለበት አስገንዝበዋል ።
በተጨማሪም በሁሉም ወባማ አከባቢዎች ላይ የመከላከል ሥራ መጠናከር እንዳለበት በአጽንዖት አንስተዋል ። አያይዘውም ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተሩ የኩፍኝ ዘመቻ እጅግ በጣም ዉጤታማ እንደነበረ አንስተው ፤ በዘመቻ ወቀት የተለዩ የምግብ እጥረት ችግር ያለባቸው ህጻናት ወደ ህክምና አገልግሎት መግባታቸውን በትኩረት መከታተል እንደሚያስፈልግ አሳዉቀዋል ፤ ቀጣይ የተቀናጀ የፖሊዮ ዘመቻ ሥራውን ዉጤታማ ለማድረግ የቅድሜ ዝግጅት ስራ ከወዲሁ መጠናከር እንዳለበት አሳስቧል።
በዉይይቱ ላይ የክልሉ ህብርሰብ ጤና ድንገተኛ አደጋዎች ማስተባበሪያ ማዕከል አባላት ፣ ከፍተኛ ባለሙያዎች ፤ የተለያዩ አጋር ድርጅቶች በተገኙበት ግምገማ በማካሄድ ፤ የቀጣይ ድርጊት መርሐግብር በማዉጣት ተጠናቅቋል።

Round polio campaign preparatory activities have been reviewed in detail and identified the challenges and an action plan has been set on solutions.Regarding the death report of mothers and children, it has been evaluated that structures should inform the death on time, report and audit every step and work hard to prevent similar deaths or preventable deaths.The preventive measures being taken in the structures with Abacenga disease have been evaluated better and using One health approach; it has been emphasized that it will create awareness on prevention measures for the society.Mr. Mintesnot Melka, the vice director of the regional institute of public health, said that the monkey pox disease has been found for the first time in the country in Borena zone Moyale city of Oromia region or it has been confirmed by investigation. Because our region is borrowing from Borena zone in most places. Moreover, because it is an area where people are smuggled due to massive trade activity. Aquaya: They have understood the way of the disease and made them realize that precautions should be taken from now on.In addition, they have emphasized that the prevention work should be strengthened in all the areas affected by insects. Ayayzawem vice director pointed out that the measles campaign was very successful. He stated that it is important to monitor the fact that children with malnutrition problems are being admitted to medical care.
