በጋሞ ዞን ”የጤናው ዘርፍ አርበኝነት ለሀገር ዕድገት!!” በሚል መሪ ቃል በአርባምንጭ ከተማ የሚካሄደው ጤና ባለሙያዎች የውይይት መድረክ በመግባባት ተጠናቋል።

በመድረኩ የተገኙት የጋሞ ዞን ብልጽግና ፓርቲ ቅ/ቤት ኃላፊና ዋና የመንግስት ተጠሪ አቶ ሐኪሜ አየለ የለውጡ መንግስት ያጋጠሙትን ልዩ ልዩ ፈተናዎቸ ተቋቁሞ ላስመዘገበው ስኬት የጤና ባለሙያው አስተዋጽኦ ከፍተኛ እንደሆነ ገልጸዋል።

አቶ ሐኪሜ አክለውም የለውጡ መንግስት እስካሁንም በፈተናዎች እያለፈ እንደሚገኝ ገልፀው በጤናው ዘርፍም የተመዘገቡና እየተመዘገቡ ያሉ ስኬቶችን ለአብነት አንስተዋል።

ቀደም ሲል የጤና ፖሊሲው በሽታን በመከላከል ላይ ትኩረት ማድረጉን ያነሱት አቶ ሐኪሜ የለውጡ መንግስት ከመከላከሉ በተጨማሪም አክሞ ማዳን ላይም በትኩረት እየሠራ እንደሚገኝ ገልጸዋል።

በደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ጤና ቢሮ የህብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ምክትል ዳይሬክተር አቶ ምንተስኖት መልካ በበኩላቸው የዞኑ ጤና ባለሙያ በመድረኩ በንቃት በመሳተፉ አመስግነው የለውጡ መንግስት በፈተናዎች እያለፈ ቢሆንም በጤናው ዘርፍ ተጨባጭ ውጤት መመዝቡን ገልጸዋል።

በመቀጠልም ባለሙያው የሚያነሳቸውን የተለያዩ ጥያቄዎች ክልሉ በአጭር ፣ በመካከለኛና በረጅም ጊዜ ለይቶ ለመፍታት እንደሚሠራ አቶ ምንተስኖት አክለው ገልጸዋል።

የዞኑ ጤና መምሪያ ኃላፊ አቶ ሰይፉ ዋናቃ በበኩላቸው የጤና ባለሙያው የሚያነሳው ጥያቄ ተገቢነት ያለው እንደሆነ ገልፀው ጥያቄው በየደረጃው ባለው መንግስት የሚፈታ ሲሆን የባለሙያውን ጥያቄ ለፖሊቲካ ዓላማ ለማዋል የሚፈልጉ አካለት መኖራቸውንም ጠቁመዋል።

አቶ ሰይፉ አክለውም ባለሙያው ሙያዊ ግዴታውን እየተወጣ ተግባሩ ላይ ሆኖ በየደረጃው ያለው መንግስት አቅሙ በሚችለው ልክ ለጥያቄው የሚሰጠው ምላሽ መጠበቅ እንዳለበትም አስገንዝበዋል።

በመድረኩ የተሳተፉ ባለሙያዎችም ከለውጡ ወዲህ በገጠርም ሆነ በከተማ ጤናውን ጨምሮ በበርካታ ዘርፎች ተስፋ ሰጪ ውጤቶች መመዝገባቸውን እያዩ እንደሆነ አንስተው ባለሙያው ያለውን ጥያቄ ተግባሩን በኃላፊነት ስሜት እየከወነ በሠላማዊ መንገድ ማንሳት እንዳለበት በአስተያየታቸውን አንስተዋል።

ከባለሙያው ልዩ ልዩ ጥቅማ ጥቅም፣ ከደመወዝ፣ ከአገልግሎት ክፍያ፣ ከተጋላጭነት ክፍያ፣ ከሆስፒታል ተደራሽነት፣ ከጤና መድህን አባልነት፣ ከመኖሪያ ቤት መሥሪያ ቦታና መሰል ጉዳዮች ጋር በተያያዘ መፈታት ላለባቸው ጉዳዮች ትኩረት እንዲሰጣቸውን አንስተዋል።

በተጨማሪም ለጤና ኬላዎች ትኩረት መቀነስ፣ ለጤናው ዘርፍ የሚመደብ በጀት ውስን መሆንም የተነሳ ከትምህርት ዕድል ጠባብ መሆን፣ ከትምህርት ማሻሻያና ከአገልግሎት ክፍያና ከሌሎችም ጋር አያይዘው ተሳታፊዎች አንስተዋል።

በአጠቃላይ በሀገር ደረጃ ከፍተኛ ውጤት ያመጡ ተማሪዎች ናቸው ዘርፉን የሚቀላቀሉ ያሉት ተሳታፊዎቹ ለባለሙያው የሚሰጠው ትኩረት ግን ከሌሎች ዘርፎች አንጻር አናሳ መሆኑ ባለሙያውን እየጎዳው እንደሚገኝ በአስተያየታቸው ጠቁመዋል።

በመድረኩ በዞኑ ካሉ ከሁሉም መዋቅሮችና የጤና ተቋማት የጤና ባለሙያዎች የተሳተፉ ሲሆን በመጨረሻም በተነሱ ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ ማብራሪያና ምላሽ ተሰጥቶ መግባባት ላይ ተደርሷል

ከታችኛው መዋቅር ጀምሮ ተመሳሳይ መድረክ የተካሄደ ሲሆን በቀጣይም ክልላዊ መድረክ እንደሚካሄድ እና ዞኑን የሚወክሉ 38 ባለሙዎች በመድረኩ እንደሚሳተፉም ታውቋል።

Mr. Hakime Ayele, the head of the Gamo Zone Biltsigna Party, who was present on the stage, stated that the contribution of the health professional is great for the success of the change government.

Mr. Hakime Aklewum stated that the government of change is still going through challenges and has also mentioned the achievements in the health sector.

Mr. Hakime, who has earlier removed the focus of the health policy on preventing diseases, has stated that the government of change is focusing on preventing but also on curing.

South Ethiopia Regional Health Bureau Public Health Institute vice director Mr. Mentesnot Melka thanked the zone health expert for actively participating on the stage. He said that the government of change is still going through challenges but it has achieved a significant result in the health sector.

Mr. Mintesnot Aklew stated that the region will work to solve the questions raised by the expert in short, medium and long term.

The head of the zone health department Mr. Seifu Wanaka stated that the question raised by the health professional is justified and the question will be resolved by the government at each level and there are people who want to use the expert’s question for political purposes.

Mr. Seifu Aklew, the professional, has realized that the government at every level should expect answers to the questions as much as it can.

Experts who participated in the forum noted that after the change they are seeing promising results in many sectors including rural and urban health.

They have raised attention to the issues that need to be resolved related to the special benefits of the professional, salary, service charge, exposure charge, hospital access, health insurance membership, housing and so on.

In addition, the participants have raised the lack of attention to health centers, the limited budget allocated for the health sector, the lack of access to education, the improvement of education and service fees and others.

Overall, the students who have scored high in the country are joining the field. The participants have pointed out that the attention given to the profession is less compared to other sectors is hurting the profession.

The stage was attended by health professionals from all the health institutions and institutions in the zone. Finally, the issues raised were given explanation and answers were reached.

Starting from the lower structure, a similar stage was held and a regional stage will be held in the future and 38 experts representing the zone will participate.
