የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ከጤና ቢሮ ጋር በመተባበር 19ኛ ሳምንት የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ድንገተኛ አደጋ ማስተባበሪያ ማዕከል ግምገማ ማካሄዱን አስታዉቋል፡፡በዉይይት መድረኩ በትኩረት ከተገምገሙ ነጥቦች ሲንመለከት የወባ መከላከልና የቁጥጥር ተግባራት፤ የስርዓተ-ምግብ እጥረት ልየታና ህክምና ፣የተቀናጀ የኩፍኝ ክትባት ዘመቻ ያለበት ደረጃ፣ የእናቶችና ጨቅላ ህጻናት ሞት ቅኝት እና ሌሎች በዝርዝር የተገመገመ ሲሆን ተግዳሮቶችን በመለየት የመፍትሔ አቅጣጫ ተመላክቶበታል፡፡
የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ጤና ቢሮ ም/ኃላፊና የፕሮግራሞች ዘርፍ ኃላፍ አቶ መና መኩሪያ እንደገለጹት የወባ በሽታ ስርጭት ከመከላከልና ከመቆጣጠር አኳያ ማህብረሰቡን በማነቃነቅ፣ መጠነ ሰፊ የመከላከል እና መቆጣጠር ተግባራት ማከናወን እንደሚገባ እና የወባ መከላከል ተገባራትን የተቀናጀ የክፉኝ ዘመቻ ጋር በደንብ ተቀናጅቶ መሰራት እንዳለበት አሳሰቧል፡፡
አቶ መና አያይዘውም የእናቶችና የጨቅላ ህጻናት ሞትን ቅኝትና ምላሽ ተግባራትን በተመለከተ፣ መዋቅሮች በጊዜ የተከሰተውን ሞት ማሳወቅ ፣ የሞት ምክንያት ኦድት አድርጎ ቀጣይ የማስተካከያ እርምጃ መዉሰድ ላይ ትኩረት መስጠት እንዳለባቸው አጽናኦት ሰጥተዋል ።
የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ አጉኔ አሾሌ የወባ በሽታን ስርጭት ለመቆጣጠር እና ለመከላከል ማህብረሰብ በማሳተፍ የሚከናወነው የአከባቢ ቁጥጥር ሥራ ከፍተኛ ድርሻ እንዳለው አንስተው፤ የማህብረሰብ ባለቤትነት መፍጠር ወሳኝ እንደሆነና በልዩ ትኩረት በቅንጅት መሰራት እንዳለበት በአጽንኦት አንስተዋል።
በተጨማሪም ዋና ዳይሬክተሩ የወባ በሽታ መከላከል እና ቁጥጥር ሥራዎች ከአገራዊ የተቀናጀ የኩፍኝ ክትባት ዘመቻ ጋር በደንብ ተቀናጅቶ መሰራት እንዳለበትም አሳስበዋል።
የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ምንተስኖት መልካ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት በጤናው ሴክተር የሚከናወኑ ተግባራት በዋናነት የማህበረሰቡን የጤና ባለቤትነት በማጎልበት በሰዉ ሰራሽና በተፈጥሮ ክስቶች ምክንያት ሊከሰቱ የሚችሉትን አደጋዎች ለመቀነስና ለመከላከል የሕብረተሰቡን አሳታፊነት ማረጋገጥ ተገቢነቱ የላቀ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል፡፡
አቶ ምንተስኖት አያይዘዉ የወባ በሽታ ስርጭትን መከላከል መቆጣጠር ተግባራትን በማጠናከር ወረርሽኙ በሕብረተሰቡ ላይ ሊያስከትል የሚችለውን ጫና ለመቀነስ በቅንጅት መሥራት እንደሚገባ በማሳሰብ በተለይ ከተማ አከባቢዎች ላይ እየጨመረ መሆኑን በመግልጽ መንስኤ በመለየት ልዩ ትኩረት በመስጠት በቅንጅት መሰራት እንዳለበት አሳስቧል፡፡
በመጨረሻም በሳምንቱ ሊከናወኑ በሚገባቸው ተግባሮች ላይ የድርጊት መርሃ ግብር በማውጣት እና ለየዘርፉ የክንውን ሃላፊነት በመስጠት የዕለቱ የህብረተሰብ ጤና ድንገተኛ አደጋዎች ማስተባበሪያ ማዕከል ዉይይት ተጠናቋል፡፡
