የህብረተሰብ ጤና ድንገተኛ አደጋዎችን መረጃ በፍጥነትና በተደራጀ መልኩ ለመሰብሰብና ለመተንተን የሚያስችል የዲጂታል ስርዓት ለመዘርጋት እየተሰራ ይገኛልየ4ኛ ዙር የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ድንገተኛ አደጋዎች መረጃ አያያዝ ሥርዓትን ለማዘመን በዘርፉ ለሚሰሩ ባለሙያዎች የPHEM-DHIS2 ስልጠና በአርባምንጭ ከተማ እየተሰጠ ይገኛል፡፡
የህብረተሰባችንን ጤና ለመጠበቅና ለማሻሻል በሚደረገው ጥረት፣ የመረጃ አያያዝ ስርዓታችንን ማዘመን እጅግ አስፈላጊ ነው።
በዚህም መሰረት፣ በደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ከልል ውስጥ በሚገኙ በሁሉም ዞኖች፣ ወረዳዎች፣ ከተማ አስተዳደሮች እና በተመረጡ ጤና ተቋማት የህብረተሰብ ጤና የድንገተኛ አደጋዎች መረጃን ዲጂታላይዝ በማድረግ የPHEM DHIS2 አተገባበር ተጠናክሮ ቀጥሏል፡፡
ይህ ስልጠና የድንገተኛ አደጋዎችን መረጃ በፍጥነት እና በአስተማማኝ ሁኔታ ለመሰብሰብ እና ለመተንተን የሚያስችል ስርዓት ለመዘርጋት ያለመ ነው። ይህም ለድንገተኛ አደጋዎች በቶሎ ለመለየት፣ ምላሽ ለመስጠት እና የህብረተሰቡን ጤና ለመጠበቅ ትልቅ አስተዋፅኦ ይኖረዋል።
የክልሉ ህብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ከኢትዮጵያ ህብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ጋር በመተባበር ይህን ስልጠና በመስጠት የጤና ተቋማትን አቅም ለማሳደግ እና አስፈላጊ ቁሳቁስ ለማሟላት እየሰራ ይገኛል፡፡
በዚህ ዙር 40 ባለሙያዎች አየሰለጠኑ የሚገኙ ሲሆነ ክዚህ በፊት በሶሰት ዙር የሰለጠኑ ከ160 በላይ ባለሙያዎች በተመደቡባቸው መዋቅሮች ሁሉ የPHEM DHIS2 ሪፖርት የማድረግ ስራቸውን የጀመሩ ሲሆን፣ ይህም የድንገተኛ አደጋዎችን መረጃ አሰባሰብና አጠቃቀም በእጅጉ ያሻሽላል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል።
A digital system is being worked on to collect and analyze public health emergencies information quickly and in an organized manner.PHEM-DHIS2 training is being given in Arbaminch city to update the 4th round public health emergencies information management system.In the effort to protect and improve the health of our community, it is very important to update our information management system.According to this, in all zones, districts, city administrations and selected health institutions, the implementation of PHEM DHIS2 has been intensified by digitizing public health emergencies information.This training is aimed at developing a system that will enable us to analyze emergency information quickly and reliably. This will also contribute to quickly identifying, responding to emergencies and protecting the health of the community.The regional institute of public health in cooperation with the Ethiopian public health institute is working to increase the capacity of health institutions and equip them with the necessary equipments.In this round, 40 professionals will be trained and more than 160 professionals who have been trained in three rounds have started their PHEM DHIS2 reporting in all their assigned structures. It is expected that the collection and use of emergency information will greatly improve.
