የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ጤና ቢሮ የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ምንተስኖት መልካ እንደገለጹት በሁልተኛ ዙር በተቀናጀ ፖሊዮ ክትባት ዘመቻ እንደክልል ከ1.5 ሚልዮን በላይ(108%) ከ5 ዓመት በታች የሆኑ ህጻናት ክትባት ማግኘታቸውንና ዘመቻው በተሳካ ሁኔታ መከናወኑን በመግለጽ በየደረጃዉ ለተሳተፉ ባለድርሻ አካላት ምሰጋና በማቅረብ በዘመቻ ስራ ላይ የተገኘዉን መልካም ተሞክሮችን በመደበኛ ተግባራት ላይ ማስቀጠል እንደሚገባ አሳሰበዋል፡፡
የሥርዓተ ምግብ አጥረት ከፍ ባለባቸው አከባቢዎች ፈጥኖ ምላሽ መስጠት እና ከሌሎች ሴክተር ጋር በቅንጅት መስራት እንደሚያስፈልግ አቶ ምንተስኖት አንስተዋል ።
አክለውም ኤም ፖክስ (MPox) በሽታ በልዩ ትኩረት ቅኝትና አሰሳ በሁሉም ክልሉ አከባቢ እየተሰራ መሆኑን አንስተው ፤ እንደ ክልል እስከአሁን የተረጋገጠ ኬዝ(ህሙማን ) እንዳልተገኘ አረጋግጠዋል ።
በተጨማሪም በበሽታው ከተጠረጠሩ ህሙማን ናሙና መዉሰድ እና ምርመራ ማድረግ የሚችሉ ባለሙያዎች ተገቢውን ስልጠና ወስደው ዝግጁ መሆናቸውን አንስተዋል ። በተጨማሪም የተረጋገጠ ህሙማን ቢገኝ ለይቶ ለማከም እንዲቻል እንደ ክልል አራት ማዕከላት ( አርባ ምንጭ አጠቃላይ ሆስፒታል፥ ወላይታ ሶዶ ማስተማሪያ ሆስፒታል ፣ ዲላ አጠቃላይ ሆስፒታል እና ጂንካ አጠቃላይ ሆስፒታል ) ዝግጁ መሆናቸውን አንስተዋል ።
በሽታዉ ከታመመ ሰዉ ጋራ የቅርብ ንክኪ ስኖር የሚተላለፍ መሆኑን በመገንዘብ ህብረተሰብ አስፈላጊዉን ጥንቃቄ እንዲያደርግ ጠይቀዋል።
የጤና ቢሮ ም/ቢሮ እና የአስተዳደርና ፋይናንስ ዘርፍ ኃላፊ አቶ ነብዩ ቤዛ በበኩላቸዉ እንደክልል የኩፍኝ ወረርሽኝ ለመቆጣጠር የተሠራው ሥራ የሚደነቅ መሆኑን በመግልጽ አሁንም የቅኝት ሥራ በሁሉም አከባቢ መጠናከር እንዳለበት በአጽንኦት ተነስቷል ።
አቶ ነብዩ አያይዘዉም ወባ በሽታ ሁኔታ አሁንም ልዩ ትኩሬት የሚሻ መሆኑን በመግለጽ የመከላከልና ምላሽ ተግባራት ሁሉን ባለድርሻ አካላትን ባሳተፈ መለክ ማህበረሰቡ ባለበት በማድረግ ተጠናክሮ መቀጠል እንዳለበት አሳስበዋል።
የጨቅላ ህጻናት ሞት በሚመለከት፤ በእንዳንድ መዋቅሮች የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ጭምር ገባ ብሎ ቲም በማዋቀር ማየት እንደሚያስፈልግም የተገመገመ ስሆን ፤ ሪፖርት ማድረግና በየደረጃው ኦድት አድረገው ተመሳሳይ ሞት ወይም ማስቀረት የምንችለው ሞት እንዳይከሰት አጠናክረው መስራት እንዳለበትም አሳስበዋል ።
በመጨረሻም በሳምንቱ ሊከናወኑ በሚገባቸው ተግባሮች ላይ የድርጊት መርሃ ግብር በማውጣት እና ለየዘርፉ የክንውን ሃላፊነት በመስጠት የዕለቱ የህብረተሰብ ጤና ድንገተኛ አደጋዎች ማስተባበሪያ ማዕከል ዉይይት ተጠናቋል፡፡
